- Oil for deep fry (Canola/vegetable oil/light olive oil)
- 1 small bunch of Kale leaves
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Wash your kale leaves thoroughly and dry it, remove all hard stems.
You can now heat up your oil in medium to high flames. I prefer pan with more depth as Kale leaves can splash oil while frying at times.
Fry for 2-3 minutes. Remove the fried kale leaves from the pan and place it on a paper towel so that the extra oil gets absorbed.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper while it is hot. Yeah !! your Kale leaves are done. The sauce that i use and which i have shown below is peanut dipping sauce. I will post the recipe for this sauce in a different post soon.
